iland Enterprise Cloud Services Now Available
iland today announced the availability of its cloud platform, iland Enterprise Cloud Services (iland ECS), in iland’s Los Angeles data center. The platform offers cloud solutions powered by some of the most impressive technologies available today. These include VMware vCloud Director, Cisco UCS, Ivy Bridge microarchitecture by Intel, SSD and advanced storage, and iland’s innovative monitoring, capacity, predictive analytics and billing dashboard.
The launch of the iland ECS platform demonstrates iland’s continued growth as a global destination of choice to run production workloads, test and development and disaster recovery requirements in the cloud. Los Angeles is the latest addition to iland’s ECS sites in Reston, Va.; Dallas; and London, and serves as a gateway to iland’s planned expansion into Asia-Pacific.
iland ECS is a self-service cloud infrastructure that offers quick provisioning of resources, scalability without downtime, consistent performance, flexible and affordable billing models and unprecedented transparency and control in a public or private cloud environment.
