Asetek Shows Off Rack-Level Cooling
Asetek will showcase its latest energy saving data center liquid cooling solutions at Data Centre World in London, UK at the ExCeL London Exhibition and Convention Centre – February 26 and 27th, 2014. Asetek’s RackCDU range includes RackCDU D2C and RackCDU ISAC (In-Server Air Conditioning). RackCDU D2C provides cooling cost reductions up to 80% and density increases of 2.5x-5x. RackCDU ISAC provides cooling cost reductions exceeding 80% and enables operation without concern for air quality. Asetek’s technology will be on display at booth G02.
“As a European company, Asetek’s is particularly focused on bringing the advantages of data centre liquid cooling to the European region, where energy costs are high and there is a broad understanding of the importance of waste energy reuse,” said André Sloth Eriksen, Founder and CEO of Asetek.
Servers and blades from a variety of server manufactures incorporating Asetek’s technology will be on display, including those used by Cray in its CS-300LC liquid cooled system. Additionally, vistors can view real-time monitoring of a high-density HPC system incorporating RackCDU D2C in Asetek’s booth.
