CliQr Technologies announced a partnership with IBM that brings the power of CliQr's CloudCenter to the IBM Cloud marketplace. Starting today, IBM clients can access the CliQr platform to efficiently migrate and manage the full lifecycle of a broad spectrum of both newly developed and existing applications from any on-premise or cloud environment to any private, hybrid or public cloud, including IBM.
