Deutsche Telekom and SugarCRM Announce Partnership to Deliver Cloud Services for the Enterprise
Deutsche Telekom and SugarCRM Inc. today announced a global reseller alliance. T-Systems will deploy Sugar from its secure data centers in Germany and resell the cloud-based CRM solution and services to enterprise customers.
Under the agreement, T-Systems will resell Sugar as a hosted cloud solution on T-Systems’ infrastructure –serving as a valued private cloud provider in Europe. With SugarCRM’s highly flexible deployment model, T-Systems will also have the option of offering customers on-premise CRM solutions and services. The deployment will initially focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with plans to expand the partnership worldwide in 2015.

The partnership includes T-Systems’ operations and services, which meets the most stringent standards for Internet security and data privacy – in addition to the highest standards of reliability and availability for the application. T-Systems consultants, as well as its integration partners, will support customers with the design and implementation of advanced CRM systems, as well as additional critical data source integrations.
