Mellanox Announces Support for New QCT Cloud Solution Center
SUNNYVALE, Calif. & YOKNEAM, Israel, Oct. 13 -- Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX), a leading supplier of high-performance, end-to-end interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems, today announced its support for the new QCT (Quanta Cloud Technology) Cloud Solution Center designed to test and demonstrate modern data center solutions that have been jointly developed by QCT and its technology partners.
Among the facility's joint Mellanox and QCT solutions is an innovative Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) deployment based on a virtualized hyper-converged infrastructure with EMC/ScaleIO Software Defined Storage connected over a Mellanox 40 Gigabit Ethernet network.
