Cycle Computing Adds Rick Friedman to Management Team
NEW YORK, N.Y., Oct. 29 -- Cycle Computing, the leader in cloud computing orchestration software for Big Compute and Big Data, announced the addition of Rick Friedman to the management team as Vice President of Solutions.
“As Cycle continues to rapidly grow our customer footprint, we are pleased that Rick has joined the management team to focus on refining and targeting our solution”, said Jason Stowe, CEO of Cycle Computing. “The Cycle software solutions suite enables enterprises to quickly, simply and securely add new workloads and cloud services, which is in response to the increasing demand enterprises are having to run more Big Compute and Big Data workloads on cloud.”
Friedman joins Cycle Computing from Dell’s Research Computing team where he worked with many leading organizations in strategizing, defining, and deploying large computational environments. As a seasoned executive in marketing, sales, and product management, Friedman has gained his experience at other high performance technology companies like Terascala, and Scali.
“Cycle customers represent a change in how big thinkers solve big problems for things like fighting disease, lowering investment risk, and designing better products faster,” said Friedman. “As more enterprise teams look to leverage cloud to complete these Big Compute workloads, Cycle’s software role in enabling access to cloud computing is a critical part of that solution. I’m excited to work with Cycle and its customers to improve those solutions.”
