Tabor Communications Appoints Tiffany Trader to Managing Editor of HPCwire 

SAN DIEGO, Calif., Feb. 17 -- Tabor Communications Inc., (TCI) an international media and communications company, and publishers of industry-leading online advanced computing publications including HPCwireEnterpriseTech, and Datanami, today announced that Tiffany Trader has been appointed Managing Editor of HPCwire. 

An established tech journalist with over a decade’s experience covering high performance computing, Trader has been one of the principal voices behind HPCwire since she was hired in 2006. In addition to her years covering the fastest computers in the world and the people who run them, Trader has had a role in shaping numerous Tabor publications, including HPC in the Cloud, Green Computing Report, and most recently, EnterpriseTech. Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University, where she majored in Computer Science and Linguistics.

In his position as Vice President of Audience and Content, Lopez will serve as acting Director of Editorial Operations, driving audience engagement by guiding key focus areas in editorial content and developing strategic initiatives for reader engagement.

Lopez brings with him an extensive background in technology and publishing, along with a uniquely comprehensive perspective on big data and high performance computing for enterprise, industry and academia. He has an outstanding record for bringing people together through his leadership and understanding, establishing consensus and finding solutions. Born in Rupert, Idaho, Lopez is a graduate of the University of Idaho, and is currently based in Vancouver, WA.
