Qumulo Achieves Standard Technology Partner Status in the AWS Partner Network
LAS VEGAS, Nov. 27, 2017 -- Qumulo, a leader in universal-scale file storage, today announced that is has achieved Standard Technology Partner status in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN). Qumulo is also a sponsor of AWS re:Invent and exhibiting in booth #1403. Today’s announcement follows the recent launch of Qumulo File Fabric (QF2), which introduced universal-scale file storage on AWS as a connected fabric that allows customers to store, manage and share file-based data at scale, across on-premises data centers and the cloud.
“We are dedicated to our customers’ success on AWS and delighted to announce our participation in the AWS Partner Network,” said Peter Godman, founder and CTO of Qumulo. “QF2 is connecting on-premises workflows to elastic compute on the cloud through fast and scalable, fully-featured, cloud-native file storage built for the enterprise. With utility pricing and a free tier, QF2 is available immediately and risk-free on AWS.”
QF2 is a modern, highly scalable file storage system that runs in the data center and the public cloud. It stores billions of files with lower cost than legacy storage appliances. It is also the highest performance file storage system on-premises and on the cloud. Its built-in, real-time diagnostics let administrators easily manage data no matter how large the footprint or where it’s located globally. QF2’s cross-cluster replication enables data to move where it’s needed when it’s needed, for example, between on-premises clusters and clusters running on the cloud. QF2 allows the modern enterprise to easily represent and manage file sets numbering in the billions of files, in any operating environment, anywhere in the world.
